Preparations for Chinese New Year
We have been busy preparing for the Chinese New Year at AquaGallery! We have adorned our store with vibrant colors, playful decorations, and unique items that reflect the essence of the festive spirit. We hoped our store would be bright and inviting for customers walking in. We look forward to welcoming our guests with open arms and smiles. What is the Chinese New Year?
Chinese New Year is a unique holiday, with a different date every year. The dates vary between January 21 and February 20. Chinese New Year will be on Feb 12 this year. It’s a moment to celebrate with family and friends, eat delicious food and remember our ancestors. We typically sit down to eat great food and talk and make memories. At AquaGallery we believe that [traditions] should be celebrated by all, regardless of origin. The more, the merrier, we say!
We also want to share the importance of this celebration. It’s a season of new beginnings and optimism for the year ahead. The effort typically includes cleaning the house to brush away bad luck and create space for good fortune.
